Founded in August 2013, Alt Scribe is a new alternative music website bringing you the best news, reviews and recommendations. Focusing on indie and rock, Alt Scribe was born from editor Amy Jo McLellan’s frustration at poorly written articles. She noticed an influx of blogs copying each other, or worse, regurtitating press releases. Amy grew bored of what was on offer so decided to create the website she wanted to read – Alt Scribe. She hopes that you want to read it too.
