Artist Of The Week: BOY
Boy oh boy, some bands really are difficult to Google with BOY being one of them. Whack their name into a search engine and the internet is trying to flog you the London clothing brand and information about young males, in that order (consumerism, eh?). It doesn’t get any easier when you naively stick the word “band” to the end of your query. However, if you type “BOY Music”, you’ll arrive at your destination.
The Swiss/German duo are currently on their final leg of a US and Canada tour. They haven’t released anything since their 2011 debut ‘Mutual Friends‘ but it’s new to us, and will probably be new to many American and Canadian music-lovers stumbling upon their shows. New or ‘old’, we love it.
